The Lakes Region in New Hampshire is a unique place. We live, shop, eat, and play in one of the most beautiful parts of America and we wouldn’t have it any other way. The Laconia Daily Sun and Bank of New Hampshire is once again presenting Best of the Lakes Region to engage the community and visitors in celebrating the places, restaurants, and local businesses we love.

This year, you nominated over 1,300 businesses, organizations, and individuals to compete for the top two spots in Best of the Lakes Region. In the end, there were more than 302,000 votes by you in 205 categories. That’s a fantastic response in our sixth year and a testament to how customers, fans, and friends feel about their local favorites and their pride in the Lakes Region.
